The world bank divides all countries over four different income levels: Low Income, Lower Middle Income, Higher Middle Income and High Income. I've made the choice to show the country and the Income Level when you hover over a country. I've also implemented a highlighting mechanism to change the stroke of the country that is being moused over. The strokes Because of the four groups you can easily see all low income and higher income countries.
